Miss Capital Beauty Pageant is a contest with a difference. It focuses primarily on the publicity of the parade, which aims to raise the profile of individual contestant and put them on the limelight. It is a platform where ALL females from London, age 18-27 years can come to showcase their talent in a friendly competition involving other females from their local area.
The objective is to build the community spirit and close the gap between the more privileged and the unprivileged individuals, who may desire a career in modelling, acting, fashion or music.

Unlike other beauty pageants, Miss Capital does not focus on bikini wearing and the displaying of body assets; rather it judges its contestants much on their talent, ambitions, achievements and personality than outward appearance (though such is a bonus). Subsequently Miss Capital UK markets each of its contestant uniquely and diversely according to their own merit and help them achieve their career goal.
